Start with the task, not the supplement claim

A pre work out routine may involve powder, water, and a bottle. This guide deals with the container between those steps. It does not tell you which supplement to take or how much to use. Read the powder’s own label before deciding what to carry.

The featured PEHADU accessory combines a small dry-powder container with a funnel outlet. Its stated capacity is 50 mL per container. Capacity tells you the available volume; it does not establish the grams of a serving or promise that your usual scoop will fit.

Keep the jobs separate. A funnel does not add a mixing mechanism to a plain water bottle. A larger shaker may give easier scoop access, while a narrow opening may call for a funnel. See the bottle-versus-funnel comparison before choosing your kit.

Rehearse the transfer at home

Start with a clean, fully dry container. Check the portion against your powder’s label, load through the top, and close the covers. At your destination, hold the receiving bottle steady and check the opening before removing the bottom cap. The pouring guide explains the sequence and what to do if flow stops.

The outlet diameter and thread compatibility have not been verified for this product. Plan to support the funnel by hand; do not assume it screws onto your bottle or fits every opening.

Decide when another setup is easier

If the intended portion does not fit, choose a larger suitable container rather than treating 50 mL as a universal serving. If you need to mix immediately, a shaker may be the more useful first purchase. If you already have a bottle and only need a capped carrier, a storage funnel may match that narrower task.
